There are no Weakauras out for WOTLK raids at the moment. Green is your threat being below 70%, Yellow is threat between 70-90%, and Red is 90% and above. If you're the tank, it'll show you how far ahead you are. It'll show you your position in terms of threat on the target, and will also show you how much threat you are behind if you are. This is more of a DPS WA, but I use it myself for threat leads instead of a threat meter. I've hand selected these myself based on my years on both Retail and Classic, I use most of these myself, and I wouldn't be listing them if I didn't.
